Welcome to Belle Lacet Lingerie. This website (the “Site”) is operated by Belle Lacet LLC (also referred to as “Belle Lacet,” “Belle Lacet Lingerie,” or “we”). The Site is provided as a service to our customers.

By accessing or using this Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (the “Agreement”). If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

We reserve the right to update or modify this Agreement at any time without prior notice. Changes become effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of any revisions.

Site Transactions

We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any order at our sole discretion. This includes, but is not limited to, limitations placed on quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order, or orders placed using the same account, payment method, billing address, or shipping address.

If an order is modified or canceled, we will attempt to notify you using the contact information provided at checkout. We also reserve the right to prohibit orders that appear to be placed by dealers, resellers, or distributors.

Shipping & Delivery

We take great care in preparing and packaging all orders prior to shipment.

Once an order leaves our facility and is accepted by the shipping carrier, Belle Lacet LLC is not responsible for loss, damage, theft, or delays that occur during transit.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery by contacting sam@bellelacet.com. Supporting documentation, including photographs of the item and original packaging, may be required to assist with resolution or carrier claims.

While Belle Lacet LLC is not liable for carrier-related issues, we will gladly assist customers with next steps when appropriate. Replacements or refunds, if offered, are issued at our discretion and may depend on carrier claim outcomes.

Packages marked as “delivered” by the carrier but reported as lost or stolen are not the responsibility of Belle Lacet LLC. Customers are encouraged to ship to secure locations and monitor tracking updates closely.

Returns & Exchanges

Return eligibility is subject to our Returns & Exchanges policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.

Returned items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags, liners, and packaging intact. Items showing signs of wear, alteration, damage unrelated to shipping, or hygiene concerns may be refused or subject to partial refund at our discretion.

Due to the intimate nature of many of our products, certain items may be ineligible for return or exchange unless required by law.

Items marked as final sale, clearance, or promotional are non-returnable and non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.

Payment Disputes & Chargebacks

We encourage customers to contact us directly with any concerns regarding an order prior to initiating a chargeback or payment dispute through a bank or payment provider.

Chargebacks or disputes determined to be fraudulent, excessive, or abusive may result in account suspension, refusal of future service, or additional verification requirements.

Customer Conduct & Policy Enforcement

Belle Lacet Lingerie is committed to maintaining a respectful and supportive environment for customers and staff.

We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or terminate accounts at our discretion in cases involving harassment, abusive or threatening behavior, excessive disputes, suspected fraud, or misuse of our policies.

We also reserve the right to limit or deny returns or exchanges from customers whose activity appears excessive or inconsistent with stated policies.

Right to Modify the Site

We reserve the right, at any time and without notice, to:

Modify, suspend, or discontinue the Site or any portion of it
Modify or waive fees related to Site use
Offer promotions or services to some or all users

We shall not be liable for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Site or its content.

You agree to first attempt resolution of any dispute by written notice to Belle Lacet LLC. If unresolved after 30 days, disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Maricopa County, Arizona.

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Termination

This Agreement remains effective unless terminated by either party. Belle Lacet LLC may terminate this Agreement at any time, without notice, for any reason.
