Belle Lacet Lingerie is a women-owned boutique specializing in professional bra fittings and hard-to-find sizes. We proudly serve women throughout the Phoenix area with locations in Ahwatukee and Gilbert, offering sizes from 28–50 bands and A–K cups.
Our mission is simple: help women feel comfortable, supported, confident, and beautiful through expert fit guidance and personalized service.

Position Overview
Belle Lacet Lingerie is seeking an experienced Part-Time Bra Fitter & Lingerie Stylist to join our growing team.
This is a hands-on boutique retail position focused on personalized customer service, professional bra fittings, and helping customers find solutions that truly fit their bodies and lifestyles.
The ideal candidate has previous experience in retail sales, styling, lingerie, fashion, or another customer-focused environment where fit, service, and attention to detail matter. While direct bra fitting experience is preferred, we are willing to train the right candidate who learns quickly, communicates confidently, and enjoys helping people feel their best.
Our stores are located in:
- Foothills Shopping Center (Ray Rd. & 48th St.)
- Gilbert Town Square (Warner Rd. & Gilbert Rd.)
Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers with professional bra fittings and personalized fit recommendations
- Help customers find lingerie and bra solutions based on comfort, support, lifestyle, and fit needs
- Deliver exceptional one-on-one customer service in a welcoming and body-positive environment
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor
- Support merchandising, restocking, and inventory organization
- Process sales transactions accurately using our point-of-sale system
- Learn product features, fit solutions, and sizing across multiple lingerie brands
- Assist with occasional social media content, including photos or short videos for Instagram and TikTok
- Contribute to a positive, team-oriented work environment
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of retail, styling, boutique, lingerie, beauty, fashion, or customer service experience preferred
- Previous lingerie or bra fitting experience is strongly preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Comfortable working one-on-one with customers in a personalized retail environment
- Quick learner with strong attention to detail
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced boutique setting
- Passion for helping women feel confident and comfortable
- Familiarity with Instagram, TikTok, and basic computer skills preferred
- Reliable transportation required
- Must have regular access to email
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time
- Frequent bending, reaching, and lifting merchandise
- Ability to move throughout the sales floor and stock areas comfortably
