Job Description: Belle Lacet Lingerie is seeking an outgoing and experienced Part-Time Sales Assistant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be comfortable discussing bra fitting and working in a dressing room environment. Previous experience in Lingerie & Bra fitting is a huge plus.

Belle Lacet has two locations, one in the Foothills Shopping Center (Ray Rd. and 48th St) and another in Gilbert Town Square (Warner & Gilbert Rd). The Gilbert location is where we need your help. Both of our stores provide an inviting and inclusive environment for both customers and team members.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Assist Customers: Help customers find the perfect lingerie solutions based on their preferences and needs.
2. Expert Advice: Provide expert advice on bra fittings, styles, and features, ensuring an exceptional shopping experience.
3. Maintain Store: Keep the sales floor clean and organized, contributing to an inviting and visually appealing store environment.
4. Transactions: Process transactions accurately and efficiently using our point-of-sale system.
5. Stay Informed: Stay informed about lingerie trends, product knowledge, and participate in ongoing training sessions.
6. Team Collaboration: Contribute to a positive and collaborative team culture.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in retail sales, with a focus on lingerie/bras preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays.
• Passion for promoting body positivity and enhancing women’s self-confidence.

Additional Requirements:

• Essential physical requirements include standing for long periods and frequent bending.
• 1-3 years of retail experience.
• Must be able to wear the products we represent.
• Access to transportation.
• Must have and use an e-mail address.
• Familiarity and comfort with computers and popular social media platforms.
• Candidates must pass a State and Federal background check.
