Returns and Exchanges

We want you to love your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund, store credit, or exchange.

Important: Belle Lacet Lingerie does not guarantee free return shipping. If you use the prepaid return label included in your package, a $9.00 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.

You may also return items using your own insured, trackable shipping method at your expense. If you did not receive a return label, please contact info@BelleLacet.com.

Return Eligibility

  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging with all tags attached.
  • Panties and any garment that includes a crotch panel are final sale and cannot be returned for health and hygiene reasons.
  • Adult toys and other intimate products are only returnable if unopened and in undamaged original packaging.
  • Items showing deodorant, perfume scents, stains, or wear cannot be accepted as returns.

All returns are inspected upon receipt. Belle Lacet Lingerie reserves the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear, washing, fragrance, deodorant, stains, or damage.

Return Authorization Required

Returns must be authorized by Belle Lacet Lingerie prior to shipment. Items returned without authorization may be refused and returned to the sender.

To request return authorization, please contact our customer service team before sending any items back.

How to Return

  1. Complete the “Returns” section on your invoice or print a blank Return/Exchange Form.
  2. Pack your items securely with all tags and original packaging.
  3. Affix the prepaid return label or use your own shipping method addressed to:

Drop your package with your local carrier.

Refunds

Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment once your return has been received and inspected.

  • Original shipping charges are not refundable.
  • The $8.00 prepaid return shipping fee will be deducted from refunds when applicable.
  • Returns are processed within 15 business days of receipt.
  • Processing times may vary depending on the customer’s bank or payment provider.

You will receive an email notification when your return has been processed.

Exchanges

One exchange per order is permitted.

To expedite your exchange, we recommend placing a new order for the replacement item. Once your returned item is received and approved, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Exchange shipping is complimentary for replacement items.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately at (480) 940-5455 or info@BelleLacet.com.

We will cover all related return and replacement shipping costs.

Shipping & Carrier Responsibility

Once an order has been shipped, it is placed in the care of the selected shipping carrier.

Belle Lacet Lingerie is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather events, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Delivery dates provided by carriers are estimates and are not guaranteed delivery times.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If tracking information confirms that a package has been delivered, Belle Lacet Lingerie is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after delivery.

Customers should check with household members, neighbors, building management, or the local carrier before contacting us.

Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping addresses at checkout.

Belle Lacet Lingerie cannot guarantee delivery or refunds for orders shipped to incorrect addresses unless the package is returned in its original condition.

For valuable returns, we recommend using a tracked and insured shipping method.

Order Refusal or Cancellation

Belle Lacet Lingerie reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion, including situations involving suspected fraud, payment verification issues, or unusual purchasing activity.

Unauthorized Transactions

By placing an order, the customer confirms that they are the authorized user of the payment method used for the transaction or have permission from the authorized cardholder.

Belle Lacet Lingerie uses payment verification and fraud screening tools to review transactions for security purposes.
