Returns and Exchanges
We want you to love your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return eligible items within 30 days of receipt for a refund, store credit, or exchange.
Important: Belle Lacet Lingerie does not guarantee free return shipping. If you use the prepaid return label included in your package, an $8.00 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund. You may also return items using your own insured, trackable shipping method at your expense. If you did not receive a return label contact sam@bellelacetlingerie.com.
Return Eligibility
- Returns must be made within 30 days of purchase.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
- Panties and other garments with a crotch are final sale and not returnable for health and hygiene reasons.
- Adult toys and other intimate products are only returnable if unopened and in undamaged original packaging.
- Items showing deodorant, perfume scents, stains, or wear cannot be accepted as returns.
How to Return
- Complete the “Returns” section on your invoice or print a blank Return/Exchange Form.
- Pack your items securely with all tags and original packaging.
- Affix the prepaid label or use your own shipping method addressed to:

Refunds
- Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment once your return is received and inspected.
- Original shipping charges and the $8.00 return shipping fee are not refundable.
- Returns are processed within 15 business days, and you will be notified via email when completed.
Exchanges
- One exchange per order is permitted.
- To expedite your exchange, place a new order and your return will be refunded once received.
- Exchange shipping is complimentary for replacement items.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately at (480) 940‑5455. We will cover all related return and replacement shipping costs.
Customer Responsibility
- Customers are responsible for providing correct and complete shipping addresses.
- Belle Lacet Lingerie cannot guarantee delivery or refunds for orders shipped to incorrect addresses unless returned in original condition.
- For expensive returns, consider using a tracked and insured shipping method.
