Bra Fitting
Certified bra fitting is available at no charge from Belle Lacet during regular store hours. A representative can be reached at (480) 940-5455. Our bra fitting experts are professional bra fitters whom have been certified by Eveden, United Kingdom’s largest lingerie and swimwear design and manufacturer.

Item availability

Payment options
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover. If you are not as comfortable using a computer place your order over the phone by calling (480) 940-5455. *Available only during regular store hours. For ordering outside store hours use the Contact Us form and an associate will get back to you during regular store hours.

You will be billed when your package is shipped. We usually ship in stock items within 1-3 business days, excluding holidays. If you cancel your order prior to shipment, you will not be billed.

Yes, shopping at Belle Lacet Lingerie is safe. Our secure server software encrypts information, ensuring that Internet transactions stay private and protected. Shipping costs
Shipping options and costs vary based on your delivery address and package weight. Your actual shipping charges will be reflected at checkout. Shipping fees are not refundable. Shipping is available to all 50 United States, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, U.S. territories (Guam, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands), rural routes and P.O. Box addresses.

We usually ship in stock items within 1-3 business days, excluding holidays. Select shipping methods ship the same day for in-stock orders placed by 3:00pm MST.

Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will be sent an email confirmation with your tracking number and link to track your order. You may also track your order and return status at by entering your order number and zip code for US orders only. You do not need to be a member to track your order.

Return policy
We offer free 30 day returns on everything except panties. Before placing an order it’s important to make sure you have the correct size. We carry bras from several manufacturers and many of them fit differently due to differences in manufacturing. A quick call to the store will help set you on the right path. Unlike many online lingerie stores Belle Lacet Lingerie has a physical location (7131 W. Ray Rd. #5 Chandler AZ 85226). We encourage Arizona residents to take advantage of the opportunity to shop in-store where a representative can assist you but whether or not you choose to use order online or in store we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please return it within 30 days for a prompt refund, credit or exchange.

Important Notes About Returning Undergarments
Please make sure all tags and packaging are intact, and that items are packaged to protect their shape.

We’re sure you expect the panties you buy from Belle Lacet Lingerie to be in pristine condition. That’s why we request that, if you are unsure about your purchase, you try your new panties on only over your own clean underwear. All returned panties and other items with a crotch are closely examined and tested: we never put previously worn underwear back into our inventory. If we believe an item has been tried on or worn, we cannot accept it as a return.

If you are returning swimwear, the protective liner in the crotch must be in place. We cannot accept swimwear returns without it. We suggest you do not wear perfume or deodorant when trying on your purchase. These can leave marks or scents, which may make the item non-returnable.

We are committed to selling only pristine items. So, for the peace of mind and health of all our customers, we reserve the right to refuse returns on items that may not meet hygiene and health regulations.

Returning within 30 days you will receive a full product refund.

Return shipping costs
If you are returning a purchase, you are responsible for the return shipping. For your convenience, we include a pre-paid return label in your package. When we process your return, a fee of $7.95 will be deducted from your return credit. You can also ship your return back yourself. If you would like to ship it back yourself, we recommend using an insured, traceable method and cannot be held accountable for lost packages.

If you received incorrect or damaged merchandise, please call (480) 940-5455 immediately. We will reimburse you for the cost of returning the package to us, and we will not charge you for the shipping costs of replacement merchandise.

Returns and Exchanges

Fill out the section marked Returns on the Invoice in your box or print a blank return/exchange form. Indicate the items you want to return and the reason code. If you wish to exchange for a different item, please also complete the section marked Exchanges by telling us which items you would like in exchange. Note the brand, style #, size, descriptions, color and quantity. We are pleased to remind you that as always, we send your exchanged items back to you free of shipping charges.

Returns and exchanges take up to 15 business days for us to receive and process. Call us if you want your replacement items faster: (480) 940-5455. Pack your items and include the bottom portion invoice in your box or print a blank Return/Exchange form.

Please allow 15 business days for your return or exchange to be processed. We will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we have received and processed the returned item. Shipping fees on your original order are not refundable.

Exchanges: We will process a return credit first, and then process a separate charge for the replacement items. We can place an exchange order for you and have the items shipped ASAP. You will be charged for these items when they ship out, but once we receive your return items we will issue credit back to the original payment method for the item(s) you are returning. If you return items after 30 days, you will receive an online store credit. Please allow up to 15 business days from the date you ship the package for us to receive and process your return. Initial shipping fees and return shipping costs are not refundable. We will email you once we have processed your package as well as when your exchange ships

Shipping returns

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
