📏 First, the Easy Part: Band Sizes
UK and US band sizes are the same. So if you wear a 36 in the US, you’ll wear a 36 in UK sizing too. Simple, right?

📐 How to Measure Yourself at Home
Prefer to get a starting point before you come in? Here's how to measure for a general idea of your size:
- Band Size: Measure snugly around your ribcage, just under your bust. - Round to the nearest whole number - Add 4 if even, or 5 if odd - That’s your band size
- Bust Measurement: Measure around the fullest part of your bust, keeping the tape level and relaxed.
- Find Your Cup: Subtract your band size from your bust measurement. - Each inch = one cup size - 1" = A, 2" = B, 3" = C, and so on
Example: Ribcage = 31” → +5 = 36 band Bust = 39” → 39 - 36 = 3” → C cup Estimated size = 36C
